Toughy
Born: 8-27-23
Male Orange tabby, shorthair

Tough is lucky to even be alive. Born to a semi-feral cat colony at a hoarder's home, he is the only one of 7 kittens that survived. The entire litter was covered in hundreds of fleas and starving, with their tiny little ribs and backbones showing.
Despite our best efforts, although the kittens looking like they were initially on the mend, they were too far gone and passed away. They were anemic from the fleas, had effects from the starvation, and likely had other internal parasites as well.
Toughy, however, was the biggest of the litter, and a true little survivor. It was a rough road for our little man, but he made it and is healthy, playful and eager for new adventures! He is a feisty boy, full of action and raring to go.
On top of his silly personality, he is quite flashy. His orange coat has a white chest and mittens, with lovely green eyes and a pink nose. And just look at the length of those whiskers!
He's looking for an active home with a lot of love and affection to give--and this time, it needs to be forever. He will do well with a kitten playmate, but they need to be his size or bigger, only because he can play very rough!
