This momma cat was dumped on a horse trail in the Ramona Estates. Not only was she left to fend for herself in an area known for coyotes, it was an open area with no shelter, the night before a cold winter storm. And she had 4 little kittens to protect!
Brave girl that she is, Meadow stayed with her babies and luckily, was found by a good Samaritan. Now she is safe and warm! However, only 2 of the 4 kittens survived.
Momma, now named Meadow, is spayed and vaccinated and deserves a wonderful home. She is about a year old and is sweet as can be! She never misses the litter box and truly loves her little ones! She never left them, despite the threat of the storm, coyotes and more.
ADOPTED! The male, Buckwheat, is bigger than his sisters and a sweetheart, active and outgoing. He is a marbled tabby just like mom. He is neutered.
ADOPTED! Clover is a bit more shy, but are coming out of his shell more every day! He is white with unique tabby markings and is neutered. OOPS--Clover is a boy! :)
STILL AVAILABLE: Meadow is still looking for a home!
Meadow needs a home!
She is sweet, sweet, sweet!
Did we tell you she is sweet? :)
Meadow is still very thin from nursing kittens, being a kitten herself, and recovering from her spay.
Looking for a home with a lot of love! She is ok with other gentle, sweet cats and she is very curious as to what is going on with any kittens we get in.
She needs someone who can help put the weight back on her, but in a slow, methodical way, and not let her get overweight, which is just as bad. She prefers wet food over dry, and treats over food. She never misses the litter box and is a very clean kitty.
She is playful and has very quick reflexes--if you have any indoor mice, she will probably take care of that for you!
Spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, no fleas, negative for FIV and FeLv. Just a darling girl!
